Led the end-to-end product design for the AI·rchive career website. The primary objective was to craft a modern digital platform that goes beyond a traditional job board, acting as a powerful employer branding tool to attract top-tier tech talent by showcasing the company's innovative DNA and core values. In the highly competitive AI talent market, standard, text-heavy job listings fail to engage high-caliber professionals. The challenge was to design a compelling digital experience that instantly builds trust and communicates technological leadership, while keeping the job discovery and application process as frictionless as possible.
