This project involved designing a unified ecosystem for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The solution consists of a Web Dashboard for deep administrative work and a Mobile Android POS app that transforms a standard smartphone into a powerful fiscal tool and business assistant. Business owners often struggle with fragmented systems: one for payments, another for inventory, and a third for booking. The goal was to consolidate these into a single, intuitive UI that feels consistent whether the user is on a desktop in the back office or holding a smartphone at a checkout counter.
The redesign successfully transformed a fragmented set of utilities into a cohesive, high-performance business ecosystem. By bridging the gap between back-office administration and front-line sales, we created a seamless flow that scales alongside the business. The new interface was built on a modular design system specifically optimized for high-speed environments. By prioritizing clarity and reducing visual clutter, we significantly lowered the learning curve for new employees and minimized human error during peak hours. The architecture of the new UI allows small businesses to grow without outgrowing their software. Whether managing a single boutique or a multi-location retail chain, the interface remains intuitive, consistent, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
